Preface

The "AnyDoc Privacy Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to the AnyDoc Translator product (hereinafter referred to as "AnyDoc" or "the Service") provided by WPS Software Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service to understand in detail how we process your personal information. We are solemnly committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users of the AnyDoc Translator product (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you"). Through this Agreement, we aim to explain the rules and related matters governing our collection and use of your personal information, so as to better safeguard your rights and interests.

Data Collection and Usage Instructions

• We collect information related to your use of the Service, such as the features you access and the corresponding usage frequency, in order to improve our services. This data is processed in an anonymous and aggregated manner and will not be linked to any specific individual.

• We collect your device information (such as device ID, browser type and version) to improve our services. The device ID will serve as an anonymous identifier and will not be associated with any of your personal identity information.

• When you use the webpage translation feature provided by AnyDoc Translator, your translation content will be sent to the translation engine of your choice for processing. We only collect usage statistics (such as click frequency, page views, and other anonymous information) to provide you with a more convenient and high-quality translation experience and to improve our services.

• When you use the file/image translation feature provided by AnyDoc Translator, we will collect the content you input during the translation process (including files and images). This content needs to be processed by our servers to extract translatable text, which will only be sent to the translation engine of your choice for processing, in order to provide you with convenient and high-quality translation results. We also collect error logs generated during the translation process to improve translation quality and optimize the service experience.

• If you log into the account system, we require you to provide an email address, which will serve as your identity credential, login name, and a way to recover your password. If you use a third-party account such as a Google account to link with our system, we will store personal information such as the openID provided by the third party to provide a better login experience.

• We may collect and use your IP address information to determine your country or region. This information is used solely to provide localized service content and optimize features.

• We use Google Analytics to collect non-personally identifiable information. The usage behavior data we collect is processed in an anonymous manner.

Data Storage

When you use our translation services, the text or documents you submit will not be permanently stored. They will only be temporarily retained to the extent necessary for extracting translatable text or for improving the service.

Data Sharing

• We do not share your personal data with third-party vendors or partners, except where required by law.

• We use third-party services (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) to provide you with core functionalities. For details regarding the privacy policies of these third-party services, please refer to the privacy policy documents provided by the respective service providers. To the best of our knowledge, the aforementioned third-party model service providers do not use user data for model training.

User Consent

• By using our application, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this Policy.

• We may periodically publish revised versions of this Privacy Policy online. We recommend that you review it regularly, as your continued use of our services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
